"Third order over three years for these cases and the 1st order was a pain because the magnet wasn’t strong enough on the case that holds the phone. They replaced that part and finally worked great. My wife’s never held well so she didn’t use it at all and gave up. I just ordered another because the outer part was pretty beat on mine. The interior case that holds the phone has a strong magnet this time but the quality control is horrible. The rubber around the charging port is so tight and small that it won’t allow the lightning charger plug to fully insert into the phone so it can’t be charged when in the case or used in the car for CarPlay. So I am reusing my old inner case with the new outer case to make it fly. Very expensive cases for the trouble and quality issues till you finally get it sorted and achieve a working product you paid for. The old case is slightly thinner and allows the charger to connect. The new one is thicker and doesn’t. Very frustrating. You can see the different materials too. Can’t show you the difference in thickness but it’s obvious just touching then both. My only option is to send it back or try to light sand out the charging port hole so it allows the charger to slide in fully but way too much effort and if I send it back I’ll just get the same thing back. Differences are glaringly obvious and glad the inner case works with the new outer well… there’s that at least. Be warned."
