Great quality, but the size doesn't match what's a

"The build quality and surface feel are exactly what I expected — no complaints there. However, the item I received doesn't match what I ordered. I purchased the Large leather desk mat in Gray, listed as 36" x 19", but what arrived measures 34" x 17". This isn't a small rounding difference, it's a noticeable gap between the listing and the actual product. Had the dimensions matched, this would easily be a 5-star review, because the craftsmanship itself is solid. I'm holding off on ordering two additional Medium mats until I can be confident the listed measurements are accurate. OXA, I'd genuinely like to give this the rating it deserves — can you clarify whether this was a manufacturing inconsistency or a labeling error on the listing? I'd love the chance to update this review once I understand what happened."

Not good for desks with laptops

"The large mat warps over time likely due to the warmth (not even heat) from the bottom of my laptops. It is impossible to flatten out and very frustrating considering a paid about a hundred dollars for the mat."

Fine

"I really want to love it, but so far it’s only okay. The mat isn’t very thick, it’s very thin. That would be completely fine except it came rolled up like a scroll in a plain plastic shipping package, which means it got squished between things in transit. So now it doesn’t lay flat. It has kinks all the way down, which is a little frustrating given its price. I’m hoping it flattens out over time. If it flattens out, it will be great. It’s pretty and easy to write on."
